Excellent WhatsApp service they are so patient! We are so happy we moved to Afrihost! The either providers can learn a few things from Afrihost!

I usually don't like doing reviews, but it helps with transparency for other people out there & for the business to see if they are doing things right. I have been dealing with Afrihost for around 20 years. All in all, they must be the best option out there for Fibre, Mobile packages, etc. Once you have had to deal with Helkom or (not so) Openserve or even Vodacom, MTN - you will have a refreshing experience with Afrihost. Just do some research first into the products & services. Or ask for them to call you if there is too much info overload on their website & you are unsure of which option to look into or choose. Try them for free too ... on current offers - under "Air Mobile" menu option.

We moved over to Afrihost on a friends recommendation about 8 years ago, and have never looked back or regretted the move. Fantastic service, zero down time, specials/promotions happen often, Their 'clientzone' interface is intuitive and easy to use/manage your account. It's simply the best ISP I've been with (I've had my fair share of others), and I'm looking forward to many more years with Afrihost. Thanks to everyone at Afrihost that has made our experience this good so far!

The service from Afrihost is absolutely amazing with very efficient and friendly consultants. Nokwanda was a superstar and assisted me immediately. I promote Afrihost to everyone wherever I go, as they are the best fibre provider and deserve all the credit they get. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We rarely have netwerk outages. Used the Whatsapp chat to confirm if it was an area outage. Could chat to a real life human! Sorted in no time.

Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last
