I have on several occasions used Afrihost for fibre connectivity and they are quick and efficient and no holding on in callcentre queues, simply contact them on whatsapp or self service on their app CS Zone which is really easy to navigate.

So far so good , the service I have been receiving from Afrihost in my 3 to 4 years with them as my ISP has been good. They quick response in issues logged is great, thank you Afrihost, keep it up and do not stop.

Best service ever from Mduduzi M at Afrihost through Whatsapp support. We got to a solution with his guidance to a non-IT person who was also born before Technology (BBT) without any frustrations. He’s the best👌🏾👌🏾👊🏽

At first I didn't know where to proceed after I got my account (clientzoned) activated but then I contacted the online help desk with whatsapp and it was quick and easy.
